We are looking for a hands‑on and skilled

Maintenance Manager

to ensure that our production equipment, facilities, and processes run safely, reliably, and efficiently every day. As our Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

• Prioritize daily work orders and secure fast response to breakdowns

• Coach and lead the maintenance team and external partners

• Ensure strong safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Manage costs and drive continuous improvement based on data and KPIs

Your mission is to secure stable, high-performing operations that enable Lumon’s continued growth.

What we expect:

• Technical/engineering education and several years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Strong practical technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, automation)

• Experience in leading teams and organizing daily work

• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent Finnish and English
